How old will the puppy be when I get him or her?

7.5 - 8 weeks old.

Do I need to pick up my puppy?

Yes, we do not ship puppies. We are sometimes able to meet you halfway.

What do I need to get before my puppy comes?

Flat collar, leash, stainless steel food and water dishes, soft blanket, safe chew toys, crate and/or baby gate.

What does my puppy eat and where do I get the food?

We provide a starter bag of premium quality puppy food, the food the puppy has been eating. The website on the bag indicates the locations of the stores where the food can be purchased. You may switch to another premium quality puppy food, gradually mixing it with the initial food that was provided.

Does my puppy come with a health guarantee?

Yes, we provide a 2 year hip, elbow and eye guarantee on hereditary diseases. Additionally, you must have your puppy examined by your own veterinarian to confirm the puppy's good health. We ask that this be done within three days of picking up your puppy from our kennel.
